Walkthrough
We come see the space, usually after hours, and go room by room. Square footage alone doesn't tell us what a visit actually takes.
Written scope
We put in writing exactly what gets done on every visit, and how often. You approve it before anything is priced as final.
Contract
Weekly or biweekly, one flat monthly price, on a schedule you can plan around. No per-hour billing and no invoice surprises.
Commercial work is quoted per space, not per square foot.
