Residential cleaning

Come home to it done.

Houses and apartments across Fairfield County — booked once, or set on a schedule and handled.

Book it when you need it

One-time clean

A clean bathroom with a spotless tub, sink, and mirror.

The full standard clean, no schedule and no commitment.

Good for:

  • Before company comes, or after they leave
  • A seasonal reset when the house has gotten away from you
  • Trying us out before committing to a schedule
$120 · New-client rate Book a clean
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly

Recurring clean

A bedroom made up with fresh linens and folded towels.

The same clean on a set schedule, so you stop thinking about it.

What you get on top of the clean:

  • The same cleaner every visit — not a rotating crew
  • A standing day and time you can plan around
  • A lower rate per visit than booking one at a time
  • Book once; we handle the scheduling from there

No contract. Change the cadence or pause it whenever you need to — just tell us before the next visit.

$90 per visit · New-client rate Set a schedule

Both are the same standard clean, done to the same checklist. What changes is how often we come and what it costs per visit.

What a standard clean covers

The same four areas, every visit, whether it's your first or your fiftieth.

Surfaces

Counters, tables, sills, shelves, and the switch plates and handles everyone touches.

Floors

Vacuumed and mopped throughout, including edges and under anything that moves easily.

Bathrooms

Toilet, tub, shower, sink, mirrors, and fixtures — scrubbed, not just wiped.

Kitchen

Counters, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts, and the outside of every appliance.

A standard clean takes one or two cleaners two to three hours.

That depends on the size of your home and what shape it's in, which is what the walkthrough settles. You'll know how many people are coming and roughly how long they'll be there before you book — not after they've arrived.

Add to any clean

The jobs that take real time and don't belong in a standard visit. Priced at the walkthrough.

Stove & oven

Inside the oven, the racks, and the burners — the baked-on work a standard visit doesn't have time for.

Refrigerator

Emptied, shelves and drawers washed, and everything wiped down before it goes back.

Dishes

Washed or loaded and run, then put away. Handy if the visit lands the morning after a dinner.

Laundry

Washed, dried, and folded while we work through the rest of the house.

Add-ons can be standing on a recurring plan, or one-off whenever you need them — just say so before the visit.

How it works

Three steps, and nobody starts cleaning before you've agreed a price.

1

Walkthrough

We come see the home before the first clean. It's free, it takes about fifteen minutes, and it's how we get the price right instead of guessing over the phone.

2

Firm quote

One price, in writing, before anything is booked. It doesn't move unless you add to the scope.

3

Your clean

We show up when we said, do the same checklist every visit, and lock up behind us.
