We see the unit before we quote it. Free, and usually the same week you call.

One price, in writing. It doesn't move unless you add to the scope.

The turn

We agree the date when you approve the quote, and we work to it.

Final walk-through

We check the work against the list, then hand the keys back ready to show.

That's a one-bedroom in standard condition. Price scales with size and how the unit was left — which is exactly what the walkthrough is for. Every quote is firm and in writing before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.
